针对尿素装置高压液氨泵在运行中出现振动值缓慢上涨的现象,采用先进的频谱技术判断泵体故障点,解体检查分析故障原因,通过更换转子和主油泵梅花软连接、改进油密封测振环等措施,成功消除了液氨泵振动值高的故障,确保了装置安全稳定的长周期运行.
ANALYSIS OF HIGH VIBRATION ON DRIVE END OF HIGH PRESSURE LIQUID AMMONIA PUMP AND ITS IMPROVEMENTS
With regard to the growing of vibration value of high pressure liquid ammonia pump in urea plant,the advanced frequency spectrum technology was used to diagnose the defects on the pump body.Analyzed the failure reason after disassemble and detection,some measures were taken to eliminate the vibration failure successfully,such as changing the rotator and the main oil pump wabbler,modifying the oil seal vibration detection ring,which ensured the safe,stable and long term operation of the plant.
