空冷器进口管线设计探讨

针对空冷器进口管线,从控制偏流、调整管道柔性以及满足管口受力要求的角度进行研究探讨,进口管线应尽量对称布置,防止偏流.为降低空冷器管口受力,应主要从调整空冷器入口的小分支管入手,使其具有足够柔性,在此基础上应确保整体管系具有足够的强度、刚度、稳定性.空冷器管道应力设计应考虑开工工况以及空冷器管口的位移量.
DISCUSSION ON AIR COOLER INLET PIPE DESIGN
For the air cooler inlet pipe,the discussion was carried out at the view point of bias control,the adjustment of pipe flexibility,and the nozzle press requirement.The inlet pipe should be arranged symmetrically to the largest extend to avoid bias.To reduce the nozzle stress of the air cooler,the small branch at the inlet should be firstly adjusted to maintain sufficient flexibility as the basis to ensure the entire system to have enough strength,rigidity and stability.The pipe stress design should consider the start-up conditions and the displacement of air cooler nozzle.
