This paper introduced the long-term operation of the GE coal-water slurry gasification unit,analyzed abnormal conditions such as fluctuations in the quality of raw coal,stratification and wall adhesion of coal slurry in the feed trough,and failures of the rake machine in the settling trough encountered during long-term operation,and discussed the handling measures.It provides references for optimizing production operations and ensuring stable operation of the unit.
