During the operation of circulation fluidized bed boiler,some problems occurred,such as blocking of furnace slag inlet and outlet in the boiler ash system and high deslagging temperature and blocking in spiral ash cooler.Taking the CFB boiler in an IGCC plant as an example,this paper introduced some cases once occurred and presented some solutions to the slagging pipe in order to provide the reference to prevent similar problems happening again.
