摘要

分析硫磺回收装置尾气吸收塔压差高的原因,通过采取胺液在线树脂净化去除热稳态盐、更换活性炭过滤器滤芯、胺液加消泡剂、检修清理塔盘以及优化工艺等处理措施,较好地解决了吸收塔压差高的问题,保证了该塔在高负荷下的安全稳定运行.

Abstract

The reasons for the high pressure differential of the tail gas absorption tower of the sulfur recovery device were analyzed,and the treatment measures were adopted,such as using amine liquid resin online to remove heat stable salt by purification,changing the activated carbon filter,adding defoaming agent into amine liquid solution,cleaning the tower tray and optimizing the process,to solve the problem of high pressure differential,ensured the tower operated under the safe and stable condition under high load.
