摘要

介绍合成氨装置中林德深冷弛放气回收工艺流程,以装置实际运行中冷箱温度异常上升为例,从工艺、设备、仪表等方面分析排查事故产生的根本原因.针对换热器列管泄漏、氨含量在线分析仪故障等事故原因,实施对应的解决方案,成功消除了装置隐患.为预防同类问题再次发生,提出了优化操作及在线监控措施,确保装置平稳运行.

Abstract

Linde cryogenic purge gas recovery process in synthetic ammonia plant was introduced.Taking an example of abnormal temperature rise of the cold box in a practical plant,it's searched from process,equipment and instrument to find the fundamental reasons of the accidents,such as tube leakage in heat exchanger and failure of on-line ammonia content analyzer.Corresponding measures were taken to release the hidden troubles.To provent similar problems from happening again,the optimizing and on-line detection measures were presented to enable the stable operation.
