摘要

汽轮发电机组因动不平衡停机检修,但开机时参数控制严重超出设计值,致使汽轮机转子动静部分发生碰磨,造成转子热弯曲.经过一系列调整措施后成功开机.次年再次解体机组检查转子动静碰磨部位,并通过增大前汽封正向间隙,缩小负向间隙,解决了转子动静碰磨的问题.

Abstract

The steam turbine generator is stopped for maintenance due to dynamic unbalance,but the parameter control exceeds the design value seriously when starting up,resulting in friction in the dynamic and static part of the turbine rotor,leading to thermal bending of the rotor.After a series of adjustment measures,the generator was successfully started up.In the next year,the unit was disassembled again to check the rotor static and dynamic friction parts,and the rotor static and dynamic friction problems were solved by increasing the positive clearance of the front gland and reducing the negative clearance.
