摘要
分析尿素装置高压氨泵密封水泵在试车中出现泵振动大、检修后易汽化以及无法及时自启动等故障原因,通过采取对叶轮进行动平衡处理、拆除一级叶轮排气封头及增加排气短接、密封水泵出口增加自启动联锁、对有泄漏的止逆阀进行研磨等措施,消除了设备问题,保证了装置设备安全稳定运行.
Abstract
The reasons for the faults of the sealing water pump of the high-pressure ammonia pump of the urea plant during the test run,such as large pump vibration,easy vaporization after maintenance and inability to self-start in time,were analyzed.Through measures such as dynamic balance treatment of the impeller,removal of the exhaust head of the first-stage impeller and addition of exhaust short connections,addition of self-start interlock at the outlet of the sealing water pump,and grinding of the leaky check valve,the equipment problems were eliminated,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the plant equipment.
