STEAM TURBINE QUICK-CLOSING VALVE FAILURE ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT
The abnormal close failure of quick closing valve during steam turbine operation and open failure during commissioning were described.After checking the oil loop and the electric circuit,the failure reason was found.Through changing the charging line of the solenoid valve and recalibrating the steam regulating valve travel after shutdown,the failures were eliminated,therefore guarding the stable operation of the plant.
