INFLUENCE AND TREATMENT OF POSITION FLUCTUATON OF POOL REACTOR LIQUID OUTLET VALVE
This paper introduces the effect of the fluctuation of the valve position of the liquid regulating valve in the pool reactor on evaporation,desorption of steam,high pressure and low pressure decomposition in the urea high pressure synthesis system,by adding the temporary limit slot of the regulating valve and stabilizing the process parameters of each system,the closing of tower can be avoided and the stable operation of the whole urea production system can be ensured.
