PROSPECT OF NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE PRESSURE EQUIPMENT
At present,the development of pressure equipment towards high parameterization,the safety and integrity of the equipment has become more and more prominent,and the high temperature non-destructive testing technology has gradually become more intelligent and automated.This paper mainly introduces the research progress of conventional nondestructive testing,piezoelectric ultrasonic testing and electromagnetic ultrasonic testing,discusses and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each testing method,and analyses the advantages of electromagnetic ultrasonic testing for high-temperature pressure equipment.Finally,the focus of electromagnetic ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology in high-temperature inspection is outlooked.It provides useful guidance and inspiration for the future development of electromagnetic ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology for high-temperature pressure equipment.
