绕管换热器中的温度交叉分析及解决实践

通过工程实际案例解决绕管换热器温度交叉问题.通过温度—热负荷复合曲线分析了某台绕管换热器存在工艺温度交叉,对工艺流程局部参数进行调整,使绕管换热器具有了合理的传热温差;通过工艺换热网络分析,结合钢制绕管换热器多流股必须在同等位置高度进入换热器的特性,提出绕管换热器设置组合方案,并结合设备选材和道路运输等因素完成对绕管换热器的设计.
ANALYZING TEMPERATURE CROSSOVER AND SOLVING PRACTICE IN SPIRAL WOUND HEAT EXCHANGERS
This paper proposed a solution of temperature crossover in the spiral wound heat exchanger based on an engineering practice case.By analyzing temperature-heat duty composite curve,it's found that there exists a temperature crossover in a spiral wound heat exchanger.It's supposed to modify the process flow parameter to have reasonable temperature approach,and then present a combination scheme by analyzing heat exchanger network combining with the manufacturability feature of different stream entry at the same height in steel pressure vessels.In brief,it needed temperature-heat duty composite curve analyzing,heat exchanger network analyzing,the material selection of equipment and road transportation factors to design spiral wound heat exchanger.
