粉煤气化装置水质恶化问题原因分析及对策研究

针对SE东方炉粉煤气化装置的澄清水出现悬浮物高而严重影响气化炉长周期运行的问题,从分散剂加入位置、絮凝剂加注量、澄清槽运行、真空抽滤机运行等方面分析问题产生的原因.通过改造分散剂加入位置,避免分散剂误加入至澄清槽;优化絮凝剂加注量,清理澄清槽溢流堰积渣,防止澄清水走短路;优化真空抽滤机的运行,防止澄清槽积渣影响澄清水质量等针对性措施后,系统恢复正常运行.
RESEARCH ON THE DETERIORATION PROBLEM OF CLARIFIED WATER IN COAL GASIFICATION PLANT AND ITS RECTIFICATION MEASURES
This article studied the problem of high suspended solids in the clarified water of the SE gasification device,which seriously affects the long-term operation of the gasifier.The causes of the problems were analyzed from the aspects of dispersant addition position,flocculants addition amount,clarification tank operation,and vacuum filter operation.Targeted measures were formulated to modify the dispersant addition position to avoid dispersant addition to the clarification tank,optimize flocculants addition amount,clean the overflow weir of the clarification tank to prevent short circuit of clarified water,optimize the operation of the vacuum filter to prevent slag accumulation in the clarification tank from affecting the quality of clarified water,and the system was restored to normal.
