摘要

探讨了对碎煤加压气化炉工艺副产稀氨水中酚含量测定结果存在的异议及测定方法存在的问题,从溴量法反应原理、碱性条件下酚水的外观变化、酸性条件下紫外吸收峰以及甲基异丁基酮萃取物的质谱图谱等方面,对气化装置副产氨水中酚含量进行分析验证,得出结论:副产稀氨水中酚类化合物含量很低或没有.但用目前测定方法测出的气化装置副产氨水中酚的含量数据却在 250 mg/L左右,说明该数据及测定方法并不能表征副产氨水中酚类化合物的实际含量,其表征的应该是副产氨水中酚类化合物和一些不饱和有机化合物的总含量.

Abstract

This paper discussed the determination of phenol in byproduct ammonia water of crushed coal gasification.Based on the reaction principle of bromine method,the appearance change of phenol water under alkaline condition,ultraviolet absorption peak under acidic condition and the mass spectrum of methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK)extract,it is concluded that the content of phenol compounds in byproduct ammonia water is low or non-existent.The data obtained by the original method is generally 250 mg/L,which cannot characterize the content of phenolic compounds.It should be characterized by the total content of phenol in the byproduct ammonia water and the unsaturated organic chemicals.
