Research Progress on Influence of Floral Design on Plant Reproductive Fitness
After long-term interaction between plants'flowers and pollinators,a coevolutionary relationship has been formed,and the floral design related to pollination exhibits synergy in many aspects and is closely related to the reproductive fitness of plants.This article the hypotheses relevant to the relationship between pollinators and the floral design of plants,and elaborated on the correlation between floral color,floral structure and floral rewards,with a particular emphasis on the impact of floral design on plant reproductive fitness.At the same time,the exist-ing problems in the present research and the necessity of further research were pointed out.
