Automatic Control Method for Valve Lift Accuracy of Electromagnetically Driven Valve Train
In order to improve the accuracy control effect of valve lift,an adaptive control method for valve lift accuracy of electromagnetically driven valve train was proposed.Firstly,based on the control requirements of valve lift,the maximum seating speed and the transition time of valve movement were determined,and thereby a dynamic model of variable valve was established.Then,combined with a fuzzy PID controller,a control framework for valve lift accuracy was made and the errors of the torque signal between the actual value and the reference value were ad-justed.Finally,continuous iteration of the generalized error,the control parameters under the optimal iteration con-ditions were output to achieve adaptive accuracy control of the model.The experimental results indicate that this method has lower negative pressure loss of the variable valve system and better adaptive control effect,which can meet the accuracy requirements under different working conditions.
