Profile Design and Verification Requirements for Reliability Vibration Testing of Service Robots
As one of the representatives of intelligent equipment and tools,service robots have the characteristics of diverse product types and wide application scenarios.To accurately evaluate the environmental adaptability and reliability technical indicators of related products,taking the cleaning robot as an example,the sinusoidal and random vibration specification spectra during the reliability vibration test process are derived and the test values are determined while the test time is determined based on the task profile and the test profile is obtained,providing a reference for the reliability evaluation of the vibration environment of this type of product.
