作业梯子是用于提高人员作业高度的设备,目前大多采用液压或气动驱动,存在噪声大、能耗高、维护成本高等问题.设计了电动作业梯子稳固装置智能控制系统,包括电机、传动装置、控制系统等.通过传感器获取作业梯子的倾斜角度和振动信息,通过控制算法对电机的转速和输出力矩进行动态调整,使得改进后的作业梯子能够在作业过程中保持稳固支撑.
Design of Intelligent Control System for Stable Device of Electric Working Ladder
The working ladder is a device used to increase the height of personnel's work.Currently,it is mostly driven by hydraulic or pneumatic technology,which has problems such as high noise,high energy consumption and high maintenance costs.Therefore,an intelligent control system for stable device of an electric working ladder is designed,including a motor,transmission device,control system,etc.By obtaining the tilt angle and vibration information of the working ladder through sensors,and dynamically adjusting the motor speed and output torque through control algorithms,the improved working ladder can maintain stability during the operation process.
