Design of Height Measurement System Based on Siemens PLC
Height measurement system is applied in various industries and occasions such as machinery,molds and hardware.Taking the dynamic height of polyurethane foam foaming process as an example,an intelligent foam lifting measuring device is designed,which uses Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the controller and high-precision ultrasonic distance measurement sensor.The process curve is displayed on the touch screen,data is saved and a report is generated.Combined with amplitude limiting and jitter eliminating filtering algorithm,the measurement accuracy is improved.
