C形压接钳头的结构分析与优化设计

压接工具广泛应用于电力施工场所,是对电缆和接线端子或接续管进行压接的专用工具.针对现有压接工具的钳头进行三维建模.使用 Ansys软件对钳头进行有限元静力分析,以减轻重量为目标进行拓扑优化并设计优化方案,结合线性理论及Neuber理论修正的有限元分析论证,进行真实寿命试验,达到轻量化设计目标,解决应力集中问题.
Structural Analysis and Optimized Design of C-type Crimping Pliers
Crimping tools are widely used in power construction sites and are specialized tools for crimping cables,wiring terminals or connecting tubes.3D modeling is carried out to the pliers for existing crimping tools.Finite element static analysis is performed on the pliers by using Ansys software,with the goal of reducing weight for topology optimization and designing optimization schemes.Combining linear theory and Neuber theory modified finite element analysis,the real life tests are conducted to achieve lightweight design goals and solve stress concentration problems.
