改善电动工具齿轮箱清屑效果和环境的方案设计

大部分电动工具产品的齿轮箱、前盖、中间盖、底座等零部件均采用铝合金材料制作.加工制作时,零部件表面残留的铝屑,尤其是在装配期间盲孔内残留的铝屑,直接影响电动工具整机的产品质量.结合工厂生产装配中总结的实践经验,提出一种改善清屑效果和环境的技术方案.
Design of a Plan to Improve the Cleaning Effect and Environment of Electric Tool Gearboxes
The gearbox,front cover,middle cover,base and other components of most electric tools are processed and made of aluminum alloy materials.During processing and manufacturing,the residual aluminum debris on the surface of components,especially in blind holes during assembly,directly affect the product quality of the entire electric tool.Based on the practical experience summarized in the assembly of the factory production line,a technical solution is proposed to improve the cleaning effect and environment.
