一种手动隔膜阀智能化操作工具的研发

在手动隔膜阀常规操作的基础上,设计了一种体积小、重量轻的智能化操作工具,防止因开关力矩过载而损坏隔膜阀.为了验证设计的手动隔膜阀智能型操作工具的实用性,搭建了试验平台.与传统的人工操作比对测试表明,使用该工具可以有效地降低隔膜的损伤程度,延长隔膜阀使用寿命,有利于核电机组的安全运行.
Research and development of an intelligent operating tool for manual diaphragm valve
Based on the normal operation of manual diaphragm valve,an intelligent operating tool with small size and light weight is designed to prevent the diaphragm valve from being damaged due to overload of switching torque.In order to verify the practicability of the designed intelligent operating tool for manual diaphragm valve,a test platform is built.Compared with traditional manual operation,the test shows that using this tool can effectively reduce the damage degree of diaphragm,extend the service life of diaphragm valve,and is conducive to the safe operation of nuclear power units.
