Design of automatic palletizing system based on PLC technology
In order to realize automatic palletizing control and improve palletizing efficiency,a fully automated palletizing system is designed based on PLC technology.The overall design idea of the system and the content of software and hardware settings are illustrated,and the application effect combined with the actual operation of the system in the enterprise is analyzed.The related application shows that the designed system has the characteristics of high automation level,steady operation and safety,stable palletizing standard,low operating cost and high productivity,which meets the design standards and requirements.
