On the basis of analyzing the relevant standards for the evaluation of the insulation system of the electric tool motor,the standardized process of the evaluation of the insulation system is introduced,including the preparation of the model,the evaluation method and the principle of component substitution,and the basis and experience of the evaluation of the insulation system in the electric tool industry are established through the case practice of the manufacturer.
