Research on form design of AC reciprocating saw based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and feature semantic method
Through the form analysis of different brands of AC reciprocating saws,the core needs of users for AC reciprocating saws are clarified,including product quality,design aesthetics and function optimization.The feature semantic words are extracted by the feature semantic method,the demand index system is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of each index is calculated to determine the factors that should be given priority in the design,which is applied to the generation of the design scheme.The design scheme is positioned as a "gentleman" in professional grade tools,emphasizing smooth,efficient and harmonious symbiosis between nature and machinery.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the design scheme,and its validity and feasibility are verified.The evaluation results show that the design scheme has reached a satisfactory state,which provides a clear direction for the subsequent design improvement.
