大数据、云计算、物联网等现代信息技术是支持智能运检管控平台在现场检测工作中应用的重要基础,可以满足多元数据融合、主动预测预警以及辅助诊断决策等操作需求,同时也为目前的带电检测作业模式革新提供了有利条件.红外测温技术是判断设备是否存在过热缺陷的主要方式,虽然具有无接触、安全性高、检测速度快等优点,但也存在无法直接向智能运检管控平台传输图谱的问题,降低了现场检测作业效率.因此,提出一种基于智能运检管控平台的红外测温系统设计思路,旨在解决上述问题,同时简化红外测温流程,提高检测工作智能化水平.
Analysis of infrared temperature measurement system based on intelligent operation and inspection control platform
Modern information technologies such as big data,cloud computing and the Internet of Things are the important basis for supporting the application of intelligent inspection control platform in field inspection work,which can meet the operational requirements of multi varicate data fusion,active prediction and early warning,auxiliary diagnosis and decision making,and also provide favorable conditions for the current on-line detection operation mode innovation.Infrared temperature measurement technology is the main way to determine whether the equipment has overheating defects. Although it has the advantages of non-contact,high safety and fast detection speed,it also has the problem that it cannot directly transmit the spectrum to the intelligent operation and inspection control platform,which reduces the efficiency of field detection.Therefore,a design idea of infrared temperature measurement system based on intelligent operation and inspection control platform is proposed to solve the above problems,simplify the infrared temperature measurement process,and improve the intelligent level of detection work.
