标签广泛应用于各类工具、玻璃瓶等产品外部,标记了相关的制造信息等重要内容.在制造企业的流水线上,人工检视标签的检验方式已成为提高生产效率的瓶颈.随着数字化转型进程加快,越来越多的学者开始研究标签缺陷检测算法.以玻璃瓶标签为例,设计了轻量化的跟踪算法、基于像素均值的定位算法、基于像素均方差的标签检测算法、基于轮廓以及改进匹配流程的标签倾斜度检测与内容识别算法,实现标签缺陷快速检测,内容包括检测产品是否贴有标签、已贴标签是否倾斜,同时识别标签内容并统计数量.
A fast defect detection algorithm for labels based on improved template matching
Labels are widely used in all kinds of tools,glass bottles and other products,marking the relevant important information of the manufacturing. In the production line of manufacturing enterprises,the method of manual inspection labels has become a bottleneck to improve production efficiency.With the acceleration of digital transformation,more and more scholars begin to study the label defect detection algorithm.Taking a glass bottle label as an example,a lightweight tracking algorithm,a positioning algorithm based on pixel mean value,a label detection algorithm based on pixel mean square error,and a label tilt detection and content recognition algorithm based on contour and improved matching process are designed to realize rapid label defect detection,including detecting whether the product is labeled and whether the label is tilted,and identify label content and do the count at the same time.
