Research on intelligent management system of safety tools and equipment based on information technology
A management system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID),sensor network and intelligent algorithm is proposed,which uses radio frequency identification technology to identify and track tools and equipment,and realizes real-time positioning and status monitoring of tools and equipment through wireless sensor network,and optimizes the scheduling and maintenance strategies of tools and equipment with intelligent algorithms.At the same time,the system integrates the electronic file management of tools and equipment and the knowledge base of safety specifications to provide auxiliary decision support for operators.The practice shows that the application of intelligent management system has significantly improved the efficiency and standardization of the management of tools and equipment.
