Application of Oriented Silicon Steel Sheet in Switched Reluctance Motor
Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has the advantages of simple structure and high reliability,and has been widely used in the application of driving.However,the double salient structure of SRM and in order to obtain greater torque,the magnetic density of SRM is saturated.In order to improve the anti-saturation ability of the stator poles of SRM and reduce the excitation current,combined with the magnetic circuit characteristics of SRM,a segmented stator core structure of oriented silicon steel is proposed,which can alleviate the saturation of the stator poles by using the excellent magnetic permeability of oriented silicon steel.The simulation results show that the oriented silicon steel sheet SRM can reduce the saturation of the stator poles,the excitation current and the torque ripple.
