Comparison in Composition,Structure and Mechanical Properties Between Domestic B950CF and Japanese HT100 High-strength Steel Plates for Hydropower
With the development of high head and large capacity of hydropower projects,the pressure steel pipe tends to be giant and thick.To reduce the manufacturing cost and shorten the manufacturing period further,the research and application of 1000MPa class high-strength steel plate for hydropower are urgent from the perspectives of thin-walled steel plate,lightweight steel plate,high-strength toughening,welding constructability,and so on.In this paper,the composition characteristics and microstructure characteristics of domestic B950CF steel plate and Japanese HT100 steel plate for hydropower are analyzed in detail,and the differences in tensile,impact,and strain aging properties are systematically compared.The results show that the mechanical properties of domestic B950CF steel plate are equivalent to those of Japanese HT100 steel plate,and the tensile property uniformity and strain aging impact sensitivity in plate thickness direction are better than those of Japanese HT100 steel plate.Domestic B950CF steel plate can meet the design and use requirements of pressure steel pipe for high head and large capacity hydropower projects.
