数据驱动水轮机运行特性表达与运行点优化决策

针对现有水轮机二维运行特性曲线信息表达不准确、不全面等问题,基于安砂水力发电厂一水轮机机组,结合MATLAB离散插值,本文提出了一种数据驱动的三维运行特性曲面表达方法以及电站运行综合评价指标,用于更全面、更清晰地表达水轮机机组的运行特性.基于该方法,机组出力、扬程、效率、耗水率等关系得到了直观清晰的表达,对电站高效运行、提高经济效益具有参考意义,同时也为电站智慧运行提供了新思路,为电站管理者提供了更多的工具和策略,以优化运营、提高可持续性,并更好地满足能源需求.
Expression and Optimal Determination of Operating Characteristics of Hydraulic Turbines based on Data-driven Methods
Based on a turbine unit in Ansha Hydroelectric Power Plant,this article aims to propose a data-driven three-dimensional operation characteristic surface expression method and comprehensive evaluation indicators for more comprehensive and clear expression of the operation characteristics of the water turbine unit.At the same time,the relationship between unit output,head,efficiency,and water consumption rate has been intuitively and clearly expressed,which has reference significance for the efficient operation and improvement of economic benefits of power plants.It also provides new ideas for the intelligent operation of power plants and more tools and strategies for power plant managers to optimize operation,improve sustainability,and better meet energy needs.
