Temperature Rise in Windings of Large Generator During Voltage Withstand Test
This paper briefly introduces and analyzes the temperature rise phenomenon of the stator bar(winding)during the voltage withstand test of large generator,and lists the temperature rise data of the stator of typical products.Through the explanation of the influence factors of temperature rise,the problems often encountered in engineering practice are explained.At present,there is no definite limit for the temperature rise caused by stator bar voltage withstand test in the process of manufacturing and installation in domestic and foreign motor manufacturing enterprises.Based on a large number of empirical data,the author gives technical suggestions on the range of temperature rise,which can be used for reference for engineers.
