兆瓦级飞轮储能定子绕组端部电晕放电影响因素研究

兆瓦级飞轮储能电压达到千伏级,频率达到 500Hz以上,并且在低气压下运行,因此对电机的定子绕组防晕能力提出了新的挑战.本文以气压和频率作为影响因子,通过仿真计算和试验验证研究上述因子对于储能电机定子绕组放电的影响,为现有防晕结构的改进提供优化方向.研究结果表明,在单因素影响方面,气压对于绕组电晕放电的影响要明显大于频率带来的影响,而两者结合后的影响会使起晕电压发生又一次突变式的下降.
Research on the Influence Factors of Corona Discharge at the End of the Stator Winding of MW Level Flywheel Energy Storage
The MW level flywheel energy storage voltage reaches kilovolt level,with a frequency of over 500Hz,and operates under low air pressure,posing a new challenge to the anti corona ability of the stator winding of the electric machine.This article uses air pressure and frequency as influencing factors,and conducts simulation calculations and experimental verification to study their impact on the discharge of the stator winding.The research results indicate that in terms of single factor influencing factors,the influence of air pressure on winding corona discharge is significantly greater than the influence of frequency,and the combined effect of the two will cause another sudden decrease in corona inception voltage.
