水轮发电机顶罩内通风和温升共轭计算分析

本文针对某水电站水轮发电机顶罩内通风换热问题,开展了水轮发电机顶罩内通风和温升共轭计算数值研究,分析了顶罩内不同通风结构、风压等对顶罩内冷却换热的影响机理以及顶罩内的气体流通规律和换热机理,提出了改进顶罩内通风冷却效果的结构方案.研究表明:合理的设置顶罩侧面开孔数(减少孔数)和布置防尘罩与集电环间距(增大间距)有利于通风冷却,降低集电环和碳刷温度,保证机组安全运行.
Calculation and Analysis of Ventilation and Temperature Rise Conjugate in the Top Cover of the Hydro Generator
This article focuses on the ventilation and heat transfer problem inside the top cover of a hydroelectric power station's hydroelectric generator.A numerical study was conducted on the conjugate calculation of ventilation and temperature rise inside the top cover of the hydroelectric generator.The influence mechanism of different ventilation structures,wind pressure,etc.on the cooling and heat transfer inside the top cover was analyzed,as well as the gas flow law and heat transfer mechanism inside the top cover.A structural scheme to improve the ventilation and cooling effect inside the top cover was proposed.Research has shown that setting a reasonable number of holes on the side of the top cover(reducing the number of holes)and arranging the distance between the dust cover and the collector ring(increasing the distance)are beneficial for ventilation and cooling,reducing the temperature of the collector ring and carbon brush.Ensure the safe operation of the unit.
