摘要

综述了电镀行业不溶性阳极的发展状况,介绍了目前广泛应用的不溶性钛阳极,即金属氧化物涂层钛阳极的制备方法,指出每种制备方法的特点及应用范围.详细介绍了金属氧化物涂层钛阳极所用涂层材料的优缺点及其应用现状,重点介绍了金属氧化物涂层钛阳极在镀锌和镀锡生产线的应用.对金属氧化物涂层钛阳极今后的发展方向作了展望.

Abstract

This paper reviewed the development of insoluble anode in electroplating industry, introducedfabrication methods of the widely used insoluble titanium anode——titanium anode coated with metaloxide, and the characteristics and applied range of each method were pointed out. The research progress of coating material used in titanium anode coated with metal oxide,main research direction,advantages and disadvantages as well as current application status of the each coating material were presented here. And the application progress of titanium anode coated with metal oxide in electrogalvanizing and electrolytic tinning line was emphatically introduced. Finally, the development trends of titanium anode coated with metal oxide were prospected.
