聚氨酯表面活性剂在盐酸溶液中对钢的缓蚀性能研究

为解决碳钢在酸性条件下腐蚀问题,合成了3种聚氨酯表面活性剂并将其作为缓蚀剂,采用动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了缓蚀剂在1.0 mol·L-1 HCl溶液中对碳钢腐蚀程度的影响.对不同种类、浓度条件下的缓蚀效率进行比较,结果表明:聚氨酯表面活性剂属于混合型抑制剂并具有良好的缓蚀性能.缓蚀效率大小为SC2>SC3>SC4,在SC2浓度为1×10-3 mol·L-1 HCl时最大缓蚀率可达91.1%,并且发现缓蚀效率随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增加.SEM结果进一步证实了上述表面活性剂有效减缓了碳钢表面的腐蚀.
Study on corrosion inhibition properties of polyurethane surfactants on steel in hydrochloric acid solution
In order to solve the corrosion problem of carbon steel under acidic conditions,three kinds of polyurethane surfactants were synthesized and used as corrosion inhibitors.Potentiodynamic polariza-tion curve,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to study the effect of corrosion inhibitors on the corrosion degree of carbon steel in 1.0 mol·L-1 HCl solution.The corrosion inhibition efficiency of polyurethane surfactants was compared under different types and concentrations.The results showed that polyurethane surfactants were mixed inhibitors with good corrosion inhibition performance.The inhibition efficiency was SC2>SC3>SC4,and the maximum inhibition rate can reach 91.1%when the concentration of SC2 was 1×10-3 mol·L-1 HCl,and the inhibition efficiency increased with the increase of the concentration of the inhibi-tor.The SEM results further confirmed that the above surfactants effectively slowed down the corrosion of carbon steel surface.
