Study on the performance of boric acid-sulfuric acid anodic oxidation process of nano-ceramic aluminum alloy
In this study,an oxidation film layer was prepared on the surface of nano ceramic aluminum alloy using the boric acid sulfuric acid anodizing process. The results showed that after the boric acid sulfuric acid anodizing,a continuous and corrosion-resistant oxide film with a thickness of 1.51 μm was formed on the surface of the nano ceramic aluminum alloy matrix. After 336 h of salt spray test, the number of corrosion points in the oxide film layer was less than 5,and the surface hydrophilicity increased after anodizing. The oxidation film layer has good adhesion with the water-based primer, and the paint adhesion test meets the requirements.
