Post-treatment technology for functional tinning plating
The post-treatment after plating is an effective means to prevent the oxidation discoloration of functional tin plating and the decrease of weldability.Heat treatment after plating can effectively improve the microstructure of the tin plating,and physical or chemical treatment on the surface of the tin plating can effectively maintain the plating function and improve the reliability of the application.The post-treatment technology of tin plating was summarized from both physical and chemical perspec-tives,and the development of post-treatment technology was prospected.
