新型添加剂提高锂电铜箔高温延伸率的研究

针对目前现有铜箔延伸率较低造成锂电池负极出现断带情况,为解决断带造成电池断路及寿命短的问题,采用生产试验系统制备高延伸率锂电铜箔,主要研究了新型添加剂E-P和E-M对锂电铜箔高温延伸率性能的影响.结果表明,添加剂E-M光亮效果良好,可以作为一种光亮剂来替代常用光亮剂;添加剂E-P或E-M单独作用时,可以一定程度提高延伸率,但作用不明显.然而2种添加剂共同作用时,锂电铜箔的表面形貌更加平整,高温延伸率可提高45%~46%,且表观及其它性能均良好,可以满足客户的要求.
Study on improving the elongation of lithium copper foil with new additives at high temperature
In view of the current low elongation of the existing copper foil,which causes the negative electrode of lithium battery to break,the production test system was used to prepare lithium copper foil with high elongation in order to solve the problem of battery break and short service life caused by the broken tape,and the effect of new additives E-P and E-M on the elongation performance of lithium cop-per foil at high temperature was mainly studied.The results show that additive E-M has good brighten-ing effect and can be used as a substitute for common brighteners.As additives E-P or E-M act alone,the elongation can be improved to a certain extent.However,when they act together,the surface mor-phology of lithium copper foil is smoother,the elongation at high temperature can be increased by 45%-46%,and the apparent and other properties are good,so the copper foil can meet customers'require-ments.
