The pearl nickel electroplating process has been used more and more in decorative electro-plating products because of its soft,elegant and anti-dazzling advantages.It is difficult to control the sand sense and color of the plating.The process,composition,principle and function of poly(acryloni-trile-butadiene-styrene)(ABS)plastic electroplating pearl-nickel were described.The influence of pa-rameters on the sand sense and color of the pearl-nickel coating was analyzed in detail,and the corre-sponding control methods were introduced.The results show that strict control of these influencing fac-tors can effectively improve the sand sense and color stability of the coating,reduce the production cost,and improve the qualified rate of electroplating.
