磁性Fe3O4@UIO-66-NH2材料的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附

用水热法合成Fe3O4,用巯基乙酸(MAA)对Fe3O4纳米粒子进行官能团疏基化,然后以UiO-66为模板制备出磁性金属有机骨架材料Fe3O4@UIO-66-NH2,并对亚甲基蓝进行吸附,使用扫描电镜、透射电镜等对制备的磁性材料进行表征,考察材料用量、振荡时间、pH等因素对材料吸附性能的影响.结果表明当亚甲基蓝初始浓度为 4.00 mg/L、材料用量为4 mg、振荡时间为90 min、pH为9时,Fe3O4@UIO-66-NH2对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果较佳,吸附率为45.67%,吸附量为15.03 mg/g.
Preparation of magnetic Fe3O4@UIO-66-NH2 materials and their adsorption on methylene blue
Fe3O4 was synthesized by hydrothermal method,Fe3O4 nanoparticles were de-grouped with mercaptoacetic acid(MAA),and then the magnetic metal-organic framework material Fe3O4@UIO-66-NH2 was prepared using UiO-66 as a template,and the methylene blue was adsorbed.The prepared magnetic materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,and the effects of material dosage,oscillation time,pH and other factors on the adsorption properties of the materials were investigated.The results showed that when the initial concentration of methylene blue was 4.00 mg/L,the material dosage was 4 mg,the oscillation time was 90 min,and the pH was 9,the adsorption effect of Fe3O4@UIO-66-NH2 on methylene blue was better,with an adsorption rate of 45.67%and an adsorption capacity of 15.03 mg/g.
