Corrosion inhibition of N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide and OP-10 on Q235 steel in 1 mol/L HCL
In order to solve the problem of high cost and low efficiency of a single corrosion inhibitor,N,N'-methylene diacrylamide(NN)was combined with OP-10(N&P)on the basis of the optimal cor-rosion inhibition concentration, weight loss experiment, electrochemical experiment, surface analysis and theoretical simulation were adopted. The corrosion inhibition properties of NN and N&P on Q235 steel in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution were studied. The results show that at 30℃,the optimal corrosion inhibition rates obtained by AC impedance spectrum, potentiodynamic polarization curve and weight loss experiment are 73.32%,85.57%and 77.46%,respectively,while the corrosion inhibition efficien-cy of NN combined with OP-10 is increased to 92.34%,96.26%and 90.14%,respectively.Quantum chemistry shows that the adsorption sites of N&P are mainly the bigπbond and C-O bond in OP-10 molecule and the C=O bond,C=C bond and C-N bond in NN molecule, and N&P has a good synergis-tic effect.
