Research on the application of nanocomposite intelligent anticorrosive coatings on metal surfaces
Intelligent anticorrosive coatings can effectively improve the service life of metal,and the intelligent anticorrosive coatings with self-healing function are payed more and more attention.The anticorrosion mechanism of nano-intelligent anticorrosion coatings with different trigger mechanisms,such as pH-responsive,light-responsive and ion-responsive,is discussed;the research progress of nano-composite intelligent anticorrosion coatings on different metal surfaces is summarized;and finally,the challenge and prospect of the development of intelligent self-repairing anticorrosive coatings on metal surface are presented.
