Study on the effect of oxidation process on the properties of 9310 alloy steel for aero-engine gears
Different oxidation process tests were carried out on the 9310 alloy steel materials, which is used in large quantities in aero-engine products,to study the influence of different oxidation processes on the wear resistance of the oxide film.Through the comprehensive examination of the appearance, corrosion resistance, thickness, wear resistance ability,it is concluded that the wear resistance of the oxide films prepared by the primary chemical oxidation method with the addition of potassium ferrocyanide(oxidation time of 100 minutes)and the secondary oxidation method is good, and compared with the conventional primary oxidation method, the wear resistance is significantly improved, and other properties are excellent. This experiment solves the problem of localized oxide film breakage on the occlusal surface of gears of aero-engine products after the testing, and improves the product quality and service life.
