铝制品加工重油污分油水基清洗剂研究及生产应用

大量铝制品在拉伸成型过程中会涂抹拉伸油以防止产品拉伤、断裂,为清洗其表面残留的重油污,需采用含有大量表面活性剂的清洗剂.为解决传统铝制品清洗中清洗难度大、污染排放多的问题,研究了一款分油水基清洗剂.研究结果表明:该分油水基清洗剂属于低泡型清洗剂,在清洗温度50℃,清洗时间5 min,清洗剂浓度5%的条件下清洗效果最优,除油率可达99%以上,各项性能可满足行业标准JB/T 4323-2019《水基金属清洗剂》中的要求.实际生产应用结果表明,分油水基清洗剂的清洗量超过常规水基清洗剂的32倍,每清洗一百万个电池壳,能减少浓水排放量116.25 t、危废量16.25 t,对企业增效和节能减排具有深远意义.
Research and application on heavy oil-separated water-based cleaning agent for aluminum products
A large number of aluminum products will be coated with stretching oil in the process of stretching molding to prevent product from being strained and broken.In order to clean the heavy oil residue on the surface,it is necessary to use a cleaning agent containing a large number of surfactants.To solve the problems of difficult cleaning and high pollution emissions in traditional aluminum product cleaning,an oil-separated water-based cleaning agent was studied.The results show that the oil-separated water-based cleaning agent is a low foam type cleaning agent,and the cleaning effect is the best under the conditions of cleaning temperature of 50℃,cleaning time of 5 min and cleaning agent concentration of 5%,the oil removal rate can reach over 99%.The performance meets the requirements of water-based metal cleanser industry standard of JB/T 4323-2019.The actual application results show that the cleaning amount of oil-separated water-based cleaning agent exceeds 32 times that of conventional water-based cleaning agent,and cleaning one million battery shells can reduce the discharge of concentrated water by 116.25 t and hazardous waste volume by 16.25 t,which has profound significance for enterprise efficiency improvement and energy conservation and emission reduction.
