随着低碳政策的持续实施,作为新能源材料的锂离子电池用电解铜箔(简称锂电铜箔)产能产量呈井喷式发展,国内锂电铜箔制造技术迅速提升至全球领先水平,飞速的发展也带来一系列问题.梳理了国内锂电铜箔的发展历程、厚度变化趋势、装备国产化情况、近七年产能产量,提出了锂电铜箔行业下一步主攻方向和建议,提出了锂电铜箔产品、方法标准和产品碳足迹标准存在的问题及制/修订建议.
Suggestions and standardization suggestions for electrolytic copper foil in lithium-ion battery
With the continuous implementation of low-carbon policies,as a new energy material,the production capacity of electrolytic copper foil for lithium-ion batteries(hereinafter referred to as lithium battery and copper foil)has been blowout development,and the domestic lithium copper foil manufacturing technology has rapidly improved to the world's leading level.However,the rapid development also brings a series of problems.The development process of domestic lithium battery and copper foil in China,the trend of thickness changes,the domestic production of equipment,the production energy and production in the past seven years are reviewed,and the next main attack direction and suggestions of the lithium battery and copper foil industry are proposed,and the problems and revision suggestions of lithium copper foil products,method standards and product carbon footprint standards are also put forward.
