含镍废水树脂在线回用系统工艺设计及应用

电镀含镍废水中含有第一类污染物—镍,通过树脂在线回用系统可以实现源头减排,减少镍的排放.本文从工艺设计和实际应用效果两个方面对含镍废水树脂在线回用系统的理论计算体系进行了详细阐述,并将实际应用数据与理论计算进行了对比分析.结果表明,树脂在线回用系统的工艺计算体系合理,与实际数据高度吻合;树脂吸附后的回用水质完全满足生产需求,实现了 90%以上的节水,显著提高了节水和废水减排的效果,同时镍资源得到回用或集中回收.
Process design and application of resin online reuse system for nickel containing wastewater
Nickel containing wastewater from electroplating contains the first type of pollutant-nickel.Through resin online reuse system,source emission reduction can be achieved and nickel emissions can be reduced.In this article,the theoretical calculation system of the online resin reuse system for nickel containing wastewater was described in detail from two aspects of process design and practical application effects,and the actual application data was compared and analyzed with the theoretical calculation.The results indicate that the process calculation system of the resin online reuse system is reasonable and highly consistent with the actual data.The recycled water quality after resin adsorption fully meets production needs,achieving over 90%water conservation and significantly improving the effectiveness of water conservation and wastewater reduction.At the same time,nickel resources are reused or centrally recovered.
