Effect of hydrochloric acid pickling parameters on SPHC hot rolled strip
The thickness and structure of SPHC hot-rolled scale were analyzed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. In addition, through experimenting, the impact of the pickling parameters and inhibitors on the surface quality of the SPHC hot-rolled steel surface and pickling mechanism were studied. The results show that the higher the acidity and regenerative acid concentration, the easier it is to remove the iron oxide skin quickly, and it is also more likely to lead to the phenomenon of overly. At 80 ℃,0.5%of the pickled inhibitors were added to the regenerative acid solution of 207.89 g/L.The acid washing rate decreased from 5.00%to 0.12%,and the slow release rate was as high as 97.51%,which significantly reduced the sample iron damage and improved the surface quality of the steel.
