Effects of Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) DTA-6 and S3307 on Sucrose Accumulation and Invertase Activities in Indeterminate Soybean
A comparative study was conducted on the effect of spraying regulation of 2-N,N-diethylamino ethyl caproate (DTA-6) and uniconazole (S3307) on the content of sucrose and invertase activity of leaf, pod and grain of soybean (Nenfeng 18).The results indicated the content of leaf sucrose and the accumulation of sucrose content in the pod of Neifeng 18 were promoted after 35-42 days of spraying DTA-6 and S3307.Therefore the treatment of S3307 was more effective, the sucrose content of grain of Nenfeng 18 was increased after 42 and 49 days by spraying S3307and was increased after 42 and 56 days by spraying DTA-6.The invertase activity of leaf of was decreased after 35-42 days of spraying S3307 significantly. The invertase activity of pod decreased after 49-56 days of spraying S3307 significantly and the invertase activity of grain was improved after 35-42 days of spraying S3307 and DTA-6 significantly. It was indicated that the plant growth regulators can improve sucrose metabolism effectively and improve the yield of indeterminate soybean.
