The Function of Plant Auxin Response Gene SAUR and Its Research Progress in Soybean
Auxin was involved in the regulation of plant growth and development.As one of the three major gene families in auxin response,the SA UR gene family was involved in multiple processes of plant growth and development,and played an important role in responding to auxin changes,affecting auxin synthesis and transport in plants,cell elongation,metabolism and stress.This paper reviewed the physiological role of auxin,auxin signal transduction,the interaction between auxin and different hormone signals,and the research progress of SA UR gene function,including the structure of SA UR gene and its function in soybean,aiming to lay a theoretical foundation for further study of SA UR gene function.
